Seat Seal includes a 30-day functional guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your product arrives broken, is defective, or does not work as intended when used according to the product guidance.
This guarantee is not a no-reason trial or an open-ended return period. It does not cover ordinary preference changes, damage caused by misuse, forced installation, vehicle incompatibility, normal wear, or continued use after the organizer interferes with a buckle, seat movement, or vehicle control.
Stop using the product if it obstructs any buckle or control. Keep your order information and provide a clear description or photo of the problem so the issue can be reviewed.
Eligible claims may be resolved with a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy based on the issue and applicable consumer law.
